Dr. Riza Casidy is the founding pastor of XCITE Church. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Biblical Studies) degree from Harvest West Bible College, Bachelor of Business (Honours), and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from Monash University.

Over the past decade, Dr. Casidy has been actively involved in ministries in Indonesia and Australia. Prior to planting XCITE Church, he has previously served as a youth pastor in Perth and Melbourne and preached at a number of churches in Indonesia.

Dr. Casidy is a full-time faculty at Swinburne University of Technology, Lilydale Campus. He makes regular trips overseas every year for ministry purposes.
